The KB Benfield Group is leading a Midlands property company – with homebuilding, construction and development divisions.

It was formed by Kenneth Benfield as a carpentry business in 1933 and has grown since then and is now under the chairmanship of Clive Benfield. The Group now also includes Fletcher Homes, a Shropshire homebuilder purchased in 2002.

For nearly a decade, Advent Communications has been enhancing the presence of the Group across all media streams along with publicising the charitable activities of chairman Clive Benfield and helping the KB Benfield Group win the Coventry Telegraph’s Business of the Year Award.
