The nations which will play in Coventry as part of the London 2012 Olympic Football Tournament have been announced.
Belarus, Mexico, Gabon, Korean Republic, Switzerland, Japan, Honduras, Senegal, New Zealand and the UAE men’s teams will play in Coventry as well as the women’s teams from Japan, Canada, Sweden, South Africa, New Zealand and Cameroon.
The draw followed on from a successful football test event in the city attended by 11,611 people following pre-match PR support from Advent. Advent managing director Adam Dent reported live from the draw at Wembley Stadium.
